Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

  • This scholarship is for those students who have passed class X and XII, at under Graduate level in Engineering, Medical and Technical / Professional courses besides Under Graduate, Post Graduate level students pursuing General Degree courses.
  • The students will get the scholarship amount as per the merit-cup-means criteria.
  • You don’t need to add any hard copy of the application.
  • The upper family income limit is ₹2,50,000 per annum.
  • Students who are M.Phil courses and Doctorate courses (NON-NET JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW and NET-LECTURERSHIP) will come under the purview of this Scholarship Scheme.
  • If you are eligible for this Scholarship then you will not be able to enjoy any other government (central / state) scholarship or stipend for the same course / stage.
  • You have to enclose an Affidavit written on a Non-judicial Stamp Paper valued Rs. 10/- or more while applying.

  • Here you will get to see the registration option.
  • Simply open the registration option.
  • Please download the operation manual before proceeding for registration.
  • Enter your mobile number and email.
  • Tap on the Submit button.
  • You will get a 15 digit unique id.
  • You can save it for future use.
  • Now you can log in with this unique if of 15 digits and password.
  • Enter captcha and log in.
  • Add a passport size photo of 20KB-50KB and signature with 10KB-20KB respectively.
  • Scanned supporting document file will appear. Upload required documents here.
  • Documents size should be in PDF format and the max size will be 400KB.
  • Click on agree and tap on ‘Proceed To Registration’ button.
  • Choose an appropriate directorate and click on ‘Apply for Fresh Applicant’.

Swami Vivekananda Scholarship Renewal Application Process

Renewal applications don’t need to register again. They can easily log in with their previous SVMCM Applicant ID and Password. If you forgot your SVMCM Applicant ID and Password then you can easily forget and get a new one.

  • First of all, click on the ‘Applicant Login’.
  • Enter Application ID, Password and Security Code then tap on Login button.
  • After successful login, click on the Edit Profile or Edit Application to continue.
  • Fill the Basic details and tap on the Save and Continue option.
  • Enter the Bank details and tap on Save and Continue.
  • Upload scanned supporting documents with required file size.
  • Fill all the basic details and allow the check box.
  • After successful uploading of the documents, a success message will be displayed.
  • Applicants may download the Application details by clicking on the ‘Download Application Details’ button.
  • Finally, after entering all the details choose the ‘Submit Application’ option.
  • Please note, once the application is submitted, you can not edit or change it. Unless the application is unlocked from concerned HOI end.
